The Company: Our client is a global pharmaceutical company with a strong international presence, dedicated to developing innovative healthcare solutions across various therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance Director in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Analyse actual vs. budgeted performance and provide management insights.
- Control selling expenses, including inbound logistics and warehousing.
- Oversee monthly financial closing, accruals, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with pricing and commercial policies.
- Identify financial risks/opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist with credit management and cash collection efforts.
- Validate partner data accuracy in collaboration with Supply Chain & Commercial teams.
- Provide financial analysis to support key decision-makers.
- Lead and contribute to regional and intercontinental projects.
- Develop dashboards and automated reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent, with strong English proficiency.
- 10+ years of MNC experience with a background from Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or FMCG are preferred.
- Strong business acumen with excellent organizational and presentation skills,
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and change-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using Excel and financial software.
