Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute R&D strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, ensuring innovation and competitiveness.
- Conduct market research, analyze technology trends, and study consumer behavior to propose new product ideas and improvements.
- Lead product development, including concept testing, performance evaluation, and optimization to meet market demands.
- Manage and oversee the R&D team, ensuring professional development, task delegation, and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Production to facilitate product commercialization and market introduction.
- Work with external partners, research institutes, and universities to explore new technological advancements and material innovations.
- Partner with Procurement to identify and incorporate high-quality raw materials to enhance product performance.
- Coordinate with the Production and Technical Engineering teams to implement R&D projects aimed at improving manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Plan and control R&D budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements in all R&D activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Technology, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of R&D processes, technological innovation, and market trends.
- Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
