Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s quality assurance policies, processes, and procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth and effective operations.
• Oversee the inspection and testing processes to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular internal audits, reviews, and inspections to monitor compliance with established quality systems and practices.
• Coordinate with product development, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Manage customer complaints and non-conformance reports, ensuring prompt investigation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor quality metrics and performance data, preparing detailed reports for senior management and making recommendations for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in quality systems and processes to enhance product reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and development for staff on quality standards and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Science from recognized University
• 7+ years’ experience in QC. / QA. ISO9000 QMS in manufacturing
• Experience in JIS Management System
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Experience in managing quality control processes, product audits, and compliance with ISO or other industry certifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and reporting skills, with experience in collaborating across departments.
