Role & Responsibilities:

Quality Control Leadership:
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures for the entire production process, with a focus on mechanical assembly.
• Lead and mentor the QC team to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
Process Improvement:
• Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Inspection and Testing:
• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Oversee testing protocols to verify compliance with specifications and industry standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, test results, and non-conformities.
• Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key quality metrics and areas for improvement.
Supplier Collaboration:
• Work closely with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Training and Development:
• Provide training programs for employees on quality control processes and procedures.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Quality Control Manager role within a mechanical assembly or manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
