The Company: Our client, who is a leader in the Educational sector is looking for a HR Manager for their operations in Cambodia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separation.
- Ensure smooth operations in facilities, health & safety, and office administration.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance in collaboration with Finance and Global teams.
- Drive internal communication and culture initiatives across departments.
- Support talent acquisition through efficient recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Administer employee recognition programs and performance management.
- Lead training and development initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 10+ years of experience, with 7+ years in HR and 5+ years in leadership roles in large MNCs (100+ employees).
- Fluent in Khmer and English (spoken and written).
- Deep knowledge of employee experience principles and Cambodia’s labor laws.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
