Role & Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine project viability.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to define project specifications and requirements.
Budget and Resource Management:
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial oversight.
• Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal use of personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures as necessary.
Scheduling and Progress Tracking:
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress against milestones.
• Identify potential delays and develop mitigation plans to keep the project on track.
• Use project management software to monitor and report on project status.
Risk Management:
• Identify potential project risks and develop comprehensive risk management plans.
• Implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor project quality and compliance.
• Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues.
Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure all project activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for project execution.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and their impact on the project.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10-15 years of on-site experience, preferably in wind projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in electrical system design and commissioning.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical standards and regulations relevant to renewable energy.
• Proficient in using electrical engineering software.
• Strong command of English.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
