Project Engineer

• Project Planning & Execution
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality departments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Technical Support & Engineering Solutions
  • Provide technical expertise in mechanical systems, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze project requirements and propose engineering solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
• Process Improvement & Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement process enhancements and automation to improve productivity.
  • Work with production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve performance.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination
  • Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare project reports, technical documentation, and progress updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of engineering designs, drawings, and test results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and materials.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization is a plus.
