About the Job: We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive sales and market growth by representing global divisions at a local level. This role is essential in leading sales and marketing efforts and supporting sales organizations in achieving business objectives. The position involves defining, planning, and implementing product marketing strategies aligned with global strategies while creating local market relevance.
Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute local go-to-market strategies, including defining and communicating product value propositions and positioning in alignment with global strategies.
- Performance Metrics Achievement: Achieve key metrics, including demand orders (both direct and via third-party channels), gross margin percentage, price variance, Net Promoter Score (NPS), inventory turns, and on-time delivery.
- Market Opportunity Evaluation: Identify market opportunities and determine appropriate activities to maximize results. Coordinate opportunities across local divisions and business units to align with the overall strategy.
- Product Line Balance: Drive balanced growth across all product lines by promoting technical advantages, offering tailored solutions, and employing value-based selling techniques.
- Customer Focus & Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success. Act as the bridge between global product teams and local market needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a product marketing, sales, or related role
- Proven problem-solving ability, learning agility, and capability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong results-driven mindset and ability to perform under challenging market conditions and deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Networking, collaboration, and intercultural competencies.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
