Product Manager (Men's Casual Trouser/ Men's shorts/Boys & Girls Schoolwear/Knitwear)

The Company: Our client is an iconic sourcing brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Customer-Centric Collaboration: Partner with UK Buying and Design teams to understand customer needs and align product offerings accordingly.
• Trend Monitoring & Analysis: Stay updated with UK fashion trends and product directions to ensure product alignment with market demands.
• Presentation & Buying Trips: Organize and deliver virtual presentations, customer visits, and buying trips, ensuring all preparations exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Fabric Sourcing Coordination: Collaborate with Fabric Sourcing teams to secure timely delivery of key seasonal fabrics.
• Product Strategy & Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets based on a deep understanding of regional product offerings.
• Supplier Management: Review and expand the supply base as needed, conduct supplier visits, and share market intelligence to enhance product capabilities.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously track sales performance against budgets and take corrective action where necessary.
• Process Optimization: Ensure seamless execution of development samples, pricing, and quality control by coordinating with local Merchandising and Technical teams.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in product development, buying, or design.
• Prior experience working with the UK market is highly advantageous.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge across all departmental areas.
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
• Ability to develop strategies that provide a competitive edge
• Strong planning skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
