Pricing Associate Manager

The Company: Our client is a leading global agribusiness company, specializing in sustainable sourcing, processing, and distribution of agricultural products and food ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare pricing offers for customers, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
• Consolidate all cost components related to pricing, including:
  • Material costs
  • Distribution Centre (DC) and Manufacturing Overhead (MOH) costs
  • Outturn and weight loss
  • Packing costs
  • Ocean freight fees
• Conduct profitability analysis for customers and products, identifying key profit drivers.
• Analyze gross contribution (GC) and net contribution (NC) variances between quotations and actual shipments, providing actionable insights.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the agriculture, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in cost analysis.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
