Poultry Technical Manager

About the Job: Responsible for managing staff, overseeing farm operations, and ensuring production processes comply with the company’s standards and directives from the Production Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop monthly production plans and schedules for feed, chickens, and medicine.
• Supervise farm operations, biosecurity measures, vaccination, and harvesting procedures.
• Manage and evaluate farm owners and staff, fostering collaboration and adherence to company standards.
• Address and resolve unexpected issues promptly to mitigate risks.
• Ensure performance targets (BPI, disease rate, production yield) are met per management directives.
• Key Relationships:
  • Internal: Collaborate with departments (e.g., accounting, lab) for data checks, payments, and testing.
  • External: Liaise with local authorities (e.g., veterinary departments) to facilitate production and sales.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication, organization, and flexibility skills.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
