Role & Responsibilities:

• Production Strategy:
  • Develop production strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Supervise poultry breeding operations, including feeding, health monitoring, and care to ensure optimal performance.
• Human Resource Management:
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff for effective operations.
  • Develop talent for succession in the Poultry Breeding Department.
• Financial & Operational Management:
  • Oversee department budgets, cost control, and financial performance.
  • Enhance production efficiency and output while reducing costs (quality, performance, profitability).
• Quality Control & Risk Mitigation:
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and product quality standards.
  • Implement risk-reduction strategies (disease outbreaks, market changes).
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Improve training programs to boost productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Enhance product quality and meet regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, etc.).
• 10+ years of experience in poultry breeding and production management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
