Plant Operation Manager (Chinese & English required)

The Company: Our client is a world-class manufacturer committed to delivering excellence in production and operations. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Plant Operation Manager to join our team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Operational Leadership:

• Lead and manage day-to-day plant operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Team Management:

• Build and lead a high-performing operations team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.

Quality Assurance:

• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed international standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.

Supply Chain Coordination:

• Work closely with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels and ensure a smooth flow of materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between different departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in production management
• Fluency in both English and Chinese is mandatory for effective communication.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of international manufacturing standards and best practices.
