We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to take on the role of Mechatronic Manager to lead the design, development, and testing of advanced systems in the automotive industry. This role requires expertise in mechatronics, automation, and control systems, with strong leadership in R&D and technical project management
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement safety, software, and control systems for automated mobile plants.
- Integrate and test R&D systems into existing products.
- Coordinate R&D priorities and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies.
- Develop engineering solutions and software for mechatronic applications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and manage field installations, including international sites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Python, C, Inventor, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
