Role & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
- Identify market trends and opportunities within the Cambodian education sector.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Enhance the organization’s reputation as a trusted leader in education.
- Digital Marketing:
- Oversee online marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Track and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Content Creation:
- Lead the development of compelling content, including blogs, videos, brochures, and newsletters.
- Work closely with educators and stakeholders to highlight success stories and key initiatives.
- Event Management:
- Plan and execute events such as open houses, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with local organizations and schools for co-branded initiatives.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Manage and mentor the marketing team to foster creativity and high performance.
- Work closely with the admissions and academic teams to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences, including parents, students, and educators.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or a related industry.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
