Marketing Manager - Cambodia

The Company: Our client is an iconic education brand, with significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities within the Cambodian education sector.
• Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Enhance the organization’s reputation as a trusted leader in education.
• Digital Marketing:
  • Oversee online marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Track and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Content Creation:
  • Lead the development of compelling content, including blogs, videos, brochures, and newsletters.
  • Work closely with educators and stakeholders to highlight success stories and key initiatives.
• Event Management:
  • Plan and execute events such as open houses, workshops, and community outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with local organizations and schools for co-branded initiatives.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team to foster creativity and high performance.
  • Work closely with the admissions and academic teams to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.
• Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences, including parents, students, and educators.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or a related industry.
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
