The Company: Our client is one of the leading organizations in the logistics sector.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Managing the IPE/EPE and ensuring compliance with all government laws and licensing regulations.
• Manage and support the current team to meet the requirements
• Developing and implementing systems and policies for documentation processes required for importing and exporting merchandise and materials.
• Possessing in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of custom rules and regulations and other related requirements for global shipping.
• Resolving complex issues and expediting solutions with clients, customs officials, and shippers.
• Managing subordinates in their day-to-day performance.

Qualifications:
• A university degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, or Supply Chain is required. A bachelor’s degree in electronics is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in same position, preferably within an electronics company.
• Personal integrity and excellent negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• An IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
