The Company: Our client is a leading provider of cutting-edge automation and industrial solutions, specializing in robotics and vision systems. The company is well-known for delivering innovative solutions to industries such as electronics, automotive, and manufacturing, ensuring improved efficiency and productivity. As part of their expansion in Vietnam, they are seeking a talented Key Account Manager (Korean Speaking) to join their team in Hanoi and focus on strengthening relationships with Korean clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electronics and automotive sectors, specifically targeting Korean businesses in Vietnam.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and market growth.
- Sales Execution:
- Promote and sell the company’s automation and industrial vision system solutions to Korean clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to highlight the value of the company’s offerings.
- Market Insights & Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities to provide market intelligence and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the internal team to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and market demands.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and deliverables.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales (B2B), particularly in automation or industrial vision systems.
- Proven track record of working within the electronics or automotive sectors.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies, industrial vision systems, and their applications in manufacturing.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Fluent in Korean (spoken and written) and English. Vietnamese proficiency is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
