To power their growth in Vietnam, they are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager (Chinese Speaking) in Hanoi to build strong partnerships with Chinese clients and shape the future of automation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Foster trust and loyalty by ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery.
- Business Growth
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to grow the company’s footprint within the client segment.
- Collaborate with clients to identify potential needs for robotics and automation solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements tailored to the needs of Chinese clients.
- Sales Execution
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective account management strategies.
- Present product solutions that align with client needs and company objectives.
- Monitor and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales and delivery processes.
- Market Analysis and Strategy
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client demands specific to clients.
- Contribute insights to enhance the company’s strategic planning and market positioning.
- Internal Coordination
- Work closely with internal departments such as technical, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Provide regular updates to management on client performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship management, preferably with exposure to robotics, automation, or high-tech products.
- Language: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is mandatory.
- Experience working with Chinese clients or in Chinese markets is preferred.
