Role & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the micro-motor sector.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to tailor solutions for client-specific requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while delivering value to clients.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with company goals and client expectations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare detailed business plans and forecasts for each account, ensuring alignment with sales targets.
- Gain a deep understanding of the company’s micro-motor product portfolio and its applications.
- Work with technical teams to address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver customized solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of account management or sales experience in the micro-motor or related industrial sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; technical background is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and market analysis tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
