Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures in accordance with local, and international regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, non-compliance issues, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with management and department heads to establish measurable QHSE objectives and targets.
• Controlling labor safety activities of factory comply with Vietnam laws and follow regulations of OSH laws
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain documentation and records related to QHSE activities, including incident reports, inspection findings, and corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies, customers, and other stakeholders on QHSE matters as required.
• Participate in risk assessments and hazard identification activities for new projects, processes, and facilities.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in QHSE performance through communication, training, and recognition programs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a QHSE role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality control procedures, and industry standards.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
