Role & Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring effective execution of HR initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and drive recruitment strategies.
- Implement employee retention programs and initiatives.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a healthy workplace culture.
- Training and Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Identify and address skill gaps through professional development initiatives.
- Support career development and succession planning.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career development.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees for leadership roles.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and legal developments affecting HR.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience within the industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
