The HRBP will need to collaborate closely with key stakeholders to implement Talent and Organization Development initiatives that align with HR objectives. Responsibilities include focusing on talent management, performance management policies, and training programs to foster employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
• Collaborate with departments on annual performance management processes (setting performance measures, conducting reviews, and appraisals).
• Analyze performance outcomes and contribute to the performance calibration process.
• Recommend improvements to enhance the company’s performance management procedures.
• Coordinate with the Compensation & Benefits manager on performance-based incentives, salary adjustments, and promotions.
Talent Development and Training:
• Implement effective talent reviews, identification, and succession planning aligned with company processes.
• Assess employee development needs and design strategic training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
• Manage training activities, including needs assessment, program design, delivery, leadership development, and evaluation.
• Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments and metrics, making adjustments for continuous improvement.
Employee Engagement Survey:
• Support in administering and communicating Employee Engagement surveys, analyzing results, and proposing action plans.
• Collaborate with other functions to monitor and implement action plans.
Organizational Development:
• Conduct workforce analysis and benchmarking to propose manpower planning solutions.
• Assist departments in reviewing and developing job descriptions and role profiles for non-management positions.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Prepare and submit monthly HR reports as required by corporate.
• Produce HR analytical reports upon request.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant certifications or equivalent experience will be considered.
• Proficiency in the facilitation of performance and talent management processes.
• Strong training skills, including bilingual proficiency in presentation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Proficiency in Vietnamese.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Effective collaboration with mid-level managers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• People-oriented mindset.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
