The Company: Our client, who is a leading food manufacturer and distributor is currently hiring a HR & GA Manager for their factory based in Can Tho, who will be tasked to oversee and optimize the human resources functions and general administration.
This role will focus on managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments. Reporting directly to the Country Manager this role will help to overhaul and restructure the current HR framework, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align HR policies and implementation with Corporate HR to support business objectives and strategy.
- Proactively manage all HR and General Affairs (HR & GA) operations with full accountability.
- Develop and implement HR&GA policies to align with business goals, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices, including liaising with government agencies and other statutory bodies as needed.
- Prepare and submit regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) to track HR & GA performance.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with direct experience in Food Manufacturing considered an advantage.
- Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proactive, energetic, and driven to achieve success.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, with strong computer literacy.
