The HR Manager will oversee the effective administration of HR functions. This pivotal role entails ensuring seamless HR operations, adherence to labor regulations, and fostering a positive employee journey. Beyond listed responsibilities, the ideal candidate should embody strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to engagement by interacting with managers and spending time in production areas. Creativity is key, as they’re expected to devise solutions, propose innovative ideas, and share well-supported opinions backed by evidence and data.
Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice on labor law matters to the HR Director and other HR team members.
• Lead employee discipline actions, working closely with managers to address issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage both physical and electronic employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain and update HR policies and regulations to ensure they align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
• Monitor and track employee leave, time, and attendance records and communicate any attendance issues or discrepancies to relevant managers for resolution.
• Manage health insurance claims and reporting, ensuring timely processing and compliance with policy terms.
• Collaborate with the HR team to plan and prepare internal HR communications.
• Drive change and improvement initiatives within the HR Administration function, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as an independent checker for monthly payroll and have a level of understanding to be able to review monthly bonus calculations.
•Support the development and execution of employee engagement plans, promoting a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Excellent understanding of Vietnamese labor law.
• Track record of driving and owning employee discipline to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in team/department leadership positions.
• Good English language skills for effective communication.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with good data analytics experience.
