HR Lead (Long An)

The Company: Our client is a global leader in their field, providing innovative and high-performance products tailored to meet diverse market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage job postings, CV screening, interviews, employee onboarding, labor contracts, and probation assessments.
- Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll, timekeeping, social insurance, personal income tax, allowances, bonuses, and employee welfare.
- Training & Development: Develop internal training programs, coordinate external training, track performance, and propose career growth plans.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Handle grievances, labor disputes, disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Office & Facility Management: Procure office supplies, equipment, and uniforms while supervising maintenance of office and factory facilities.
- Factory Operations Support: Oversee security, cleaning, canteen services, safety, fire prevention, and occupational health initiatives.
- Employee Engagement & CSR: Organize team-building activities, internal events, and support corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.
Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a generalist HR role, covering recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and training.

Preferred: HR experience in manufacturing plants or small-scale environments.

Skills: Proficiency in Excel, HR software, and payroll systems; strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law; excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills; ability to work independently.
