About the role: The HR Director will oversee the effective administration of HR functions. This pivotal role entails ensuring seamless HR operations, adherence to labor regulations, and fostering a positive employee journey. Beyond listed responsibilities, the ideal candidate should embody strong communication skills, a proactive approach to engagement by interacting with managers and spending time in production areas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee both short-term and long-term human resource planning for the factory, aligning with the group company’s overall HR development and management strategy.
- Create and implement the factory’s recruitment plan, manage the recruitment process, and ensure effective personnel placement across departments.
- Design and execute long-term and short-term training programs for the factory, and oversee their implementation and effectiveness.
- Develop and refine the factory’s compensation and benefits system, including setting personnel salaries.
- Establish performance management systems and procedures for each department, based on assessment indicators, and monitor the implementation and evaluation of the performance appraisal system.
- Lead the factory’s HR department, manage its staff, delegate tasks, and foster team development.
- Support the HR needs of various departments by collecting, organizing, summarizing, and analyzing relevant business statistics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in enterprise management, human resources, and related fields.
- Over 10 years of experience in the human resources field, with at least 3 years of comprehensive management experience in human resources in large manufacturing factories.
- Familiar with relevant national policies and regulations, and knowledgeable in the various functional modules of human resource management.
- Possess strategic and tactical thinking, strong planning, and execution abilities.
- Have a good sense of service and adaptability, with the ability to handle emergencies.
- Preference will be given to those with experience in promoting internal reforms within factories or experience in the large-scale manufacturing industry.
