We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator & Office Manager to join our client where you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations across our client’s organization in Vietnam. Your responsibilities will include overseeing HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding, managing employee relations and development programs, and handling performance management. Additionally, you will supervise office facilities to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. You will also coordinate travel arrangements using an online tool and provide personal assistance to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee HR and administrative functions to ensure efficient operations.
• Handle HR administration tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, training, development programs, and performance management.
• Oversee office facilities management.
• Coordinate travel arrangements using an online booking tool.
• Provide personal assistance to the General Manager.
Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Vietnam labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in travel management systems and online booking tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours if necessary.
