Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Prepare monthly HR reports, including turnover analysis and headcount tracking.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies through proper documentation and HR audits.
- Assist in performance review cycles, including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals.
- Support employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and improvement plans.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance management tools and processes.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing by coordinating with payroll service providers and verifying salary inputs.
- Support salary reviews, benefits administration, and liaise with vendors for renewals.
- Manage statutory contributions, insurance, and employee health screenings.
- Identify training needs, coordinate internal/external training programs, and track participation.
- Maintain a training database and ensure employees have access to learning opportunities.
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives, ensure policy compliance, and support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years in HR, including 3+ years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and HR best practices; experience in multinational or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time management.
- Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented with a high level of confidentiality.
