The Company: Our Client is a leading forwarder company. This position will lead sales & operations, driving growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Oversee sales strategy, team management, and operational efficiency. Strong background in forwarding, logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Develop strategies, lead team, build relationships, identify opportunities.
- Operations: Oversee processes, ensure efficiency, compliance, coordination.
- Strategy: Collaborate on plans, budgeting, market analysis, risk mitigation.
- Team: Recruit, train, foster culture, set expectations.
- Customer: Ensure focus, resolve issues, gather feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 8-10+ years experience in sales & operations in logistics/forwarding.
- Proven sales leadership & revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking & execution in fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, relevant tools.
- Problem-solving & decision-making abilities.
- Travel required.
