Head of Sales

The Company: A leading company in the renewable energy sector, committed to providing innovative solutions for sustainable power generation.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand market share in the renewable energy sector in Vietnam.
• Leading and managing the sales team, providing guidance and support to drive performance and meet sales targets.
• Identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Vietnam market.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the company’s competitive position.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of pricing strategies and negotiation tactics to maximize profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, and promoting a culture of ethical conduct and integrity within the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.
• Strong understanding of the energy market landscape in Vietnam, with established networks and relationships.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets.
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
