About The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead industrial B2B marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our products and services within the industrial sector. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across various departments to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives within the industrial B2B sector.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand presence in the industrial B2B market.
- Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Utilize analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Content Development:
- Lead the creation of compelling and industry-relevant content for various marketing channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
- Lead Generation:
- Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted campaigns, events, and collaborations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with lead conversion goals.
- Event Management:
- Plan and execute industry-specific events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Performance Tracking:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 7 years’ direct experience in Product Marketing / Marketing Communications /
- Experience in B2B industry is a plus.
- Proficient in general software usage and hands-on experience in marketing tools
- Proficient communication skills in English
- Have knowledge on ERP, CRM system.
