Role & Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s vision, mission, and business objectives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all human capital matters.
Talent Management:
• Drive recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top technical talent in a competitive market.
• Implement robust onboarding programs and continuous learning opportunities to ensure employee development and engagement.
Organizational Development:
• Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and scalability.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Performance Management:
• Establish and oversee effective performance management systems that align individual performance with company goals.
• Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and developing employee improvement plans.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Design and implement competitive compensation structures and benefits programs that attract and retain high-caliber tech talent.
• Monitor industry trends to ensure compensation and benefits remain competitive and compliant with legal standards.
Employee Relations:
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that foster a positive, inclusive, and legally compliant workplace.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations specific to the tech industry.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate HR-related risks, including data privacy and intellectual property concerns.
HR Technology and Analytics:
• Leverage HR technology and data analytics to enhance HR processes, improve decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Prepare and present HR metrics and analytics reports to the executive team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the high-tech industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinking with a strong understanding of the tech industry’s unique HR challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
