Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Leader to oversee the Human Resources functions in Vietnam. This role involves crafting and executing HR strategies, managing employee relations, driving talent acquisition and development, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will provide guidance to the HR team and collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement effective induction and orientation programs to ensure swift integration and productivity of new hires.
- Manage manpower planning to meet organizational needs.
- Contribute to strategic planning efforts, recommending HR optimization measures to achieve corporate objectives.
- Oversee employee cost budgets, recommend optimization strategies, monitor budget implementation, analyze variances, and suggest necessary adjustments to enhance margins and profitability.
- Design and implement competitive remuneration policies, conduct benchmarking analyses, and update salary structures and benefits to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Manage the performance management system and rewards policy, facilitate performance reviews, and implement KPI processes to motivate employees and ensure fair evaluations.
- Foster a positive corporate culture by promoting company values and conducting competency evaluations to identify gaps.
- Lead the HR and Administration team to streamline HR operations, assist in manpower planning and budgeting, and recommend strategies to minimize turnover and associated costs.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Economics, or Management; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in an FMCG multinational company with diverse teams is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Background in a mid-sized sales and distribution organization, preferably part of an international group.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English is essential.
- Proficient with MS Office and HRIS; tech-savvy.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Vietnamese and international HRM practices and labor laws.
