The Company: Our client is an iconic Building Materials brand, with a long-standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with key clients and accounts to drive business growth and ensure customer retention.

Lead and manage local sales teams to achieve sales targets and foster high performance in alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue goals.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet overall business objectives.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals successfully.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
-
Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed project tracking.
-
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Manage regional sales budgets and expenses efficiently to optimize costs.

Work closely with the marketing team to leverage various sales tools, campaigns, events, and media channels for maximum impact.

Gather market intelligence to stay informed on industry trends and customer needs.

Identify potential business risks and contribute to risk management strategies.

Align with the company’s corporate objectives and stakeholder management requirements.
Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

At least 10 – 15 years of proven sales record in the Building Materials industry.

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills to work with Project Developers, Design Consultants, as well as Contractors
-
Results-driven with a focus on meeting targets and objectives.

Expertise in strategy development and market expansion, as well as team management.

Ability to address complex business challenges and drive solutions across different functions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
-
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages.

Effective in delivering business proposals and presenting strategies to stakeholders.
