Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail-focused marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer loyalty, and revenue growth.
- Leverage data and insights to design targeted trade programs and customer-centric campaigns across all retail channels.
- Drive excellence in retail execution, from product assortment, display standards to field force effectiveness.
- Enhance customer engagement through personalized loyalty programs and omnichannel brand experiences.
- Lead merchandising initiatives to ensure optimal shelf visibility and alignment with consumer behavior.
- Develop and manage promotional and channel strategies to support product launches and commercial objectives.
- Monitor competitor and market dynamics to proactively adapt retail marketing approaches.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, digital, and operations to ensure seamless execution and brand coherence.
- Coach and develop the marketing team to foster creativity, accountability, and high performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in retail or trade marketing, with a strong track record of commercial impact.
- Deep expertise in customer insights, merchandising, channel activation, and trade program management.
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence across levels.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability.
- Fluency in English is required.
