About the job

The Company: Our client is one of the largest and most well-established FMCG companies in Vietnam, they are renowned for their leading brands.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze yearly financial budget data, including depreciation, capital structure, working capital, revenue, profit, and state budget contributions. Ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Continuously improve work quality and efficiency while reducing time consumption. Actively handle any obstacles encountered.
• Update information on segments impacting the company’s operations from internal and external sources. Ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze financial information from internal and external sources to propose optimal capital structures. Ensure timely task completion.
• Examine and analyze future cash inflows and outflows to prepare suitable short-term, mid-term, and long-term financial plans. Ensure punctual task completion.
• Monitor company operations closely, consult with other units, and forecast operational risks using appropriate methods. Provide accurate information for decision-making.
• Analyze and provide recommendations on procurement pricing, ensuring timely and suitable reporting.
• Conduct evaluation reports as requested by directors, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Assess the effectiveness of sales support programs and marketing activities. Ensure the effectiveness of deployed campaigns.
• Participate in preparing, adjusting, and improving internal spending policies and sales support procedures. Ensure compliance with state regulations and improve quality and efficiency. Handle additional tasks as assigned promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor with a major in finance, accounting
• Over 10 years of experience
• Solid stakeholders’ management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong capability in using calculation software and analyzing financial information
• Fluency in using Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and able to use specialized software
• Highly responsible, positive working attitude, in good health condition
