Role & Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
o Identify market opportunities and drive growth initiatives.
o Provide leadership and direction to the country team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Sales and Marketing:
o Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
o Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
o Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Operational Management:
o Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.
o Manage the country’s budget and financial performance, including forecasting and reporting.
o Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and joint ventures.
o Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
o Develop and launch new products and services in collaboration with the global product development team.
• Team Management:
o Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
o Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
o Set performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior management role within the building materials industry.
• Strong understanding of the Philippines market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
