Role & Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, market expansion, and profitability.
o Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Operational Management:
o Oversee day-to-day operations of the Testing & Inspection & Certification business unit, ensuring smooth execution of testing processes, certification procedures, and client engagements.
o Implement efficient workflows, quality control measures, and performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing proactive solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
o Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Team Leadership & Development:
o Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals including project managers, technical experts, and support staff to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
o Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance:
o Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and industry certifications to uphold the integrity and credibility of our testing and certification services.
o Implement robust quality assurance processes, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, etc.) preferred.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior management role within the Testing & Certification industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices governing product testing and certification.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovate, and adapt to evolving market dynamics and customer needs.
