The Company: Our Client is one of a leading real estate developers in Ho Chi Minh is looking for General Director (Luxury Residential).
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of long-term corporate strategy and portfolio growth, ensuring alignment with the group’s overall vision and financial goals.
- Drive strategic transformation initiatives while fostering joint venture opportunities and ecosystem expansion in commercial real estate for both local and international markets.
- Drive project development to meet quality, timeline, cost, and value targets while overseeing township master planning and commercial real estate initiatives.
- Support business units, optimize sales strategies, and ensure financial and operational goals are achieved.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in business processes and project execution.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure company operations adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to safeguard the company’s long-term sustainability.
- Develop and execute an innovation strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, new technologies, and best practices, while fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and collaboration within the organization.
- Ensure seamless integration of systems with the company’s operational processes.
- Oversee the development and implementation of new systems to enhance performance and efficiency, while staying informed on technological advancements and recommending their application within the organization.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, including government, media, contractors, and other external parties when authorized.
- Manage and address critical customer complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
- Participate as a member of the Members’ Council or represent the Group in subsidiary companies, performing duties under direction.
- Contribute to group by advising, guiding, and evaluating issues raised Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while promoting functional excellence through the adoption of best-in-class tools and methodologies, in collaboration with the COE Head.
- Define the talent strategy, support the hiring process for executive roles, and coach and develop middle management and high-potential employees for growth opportunities.
- Define and embody values and social responsibility, ensuring professional conduct and high business integrity.
- Promote a safe, healthy work environment, foster collaboration across business and functional units, lead conflict resolution, and mitigate business risks.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree in Business or a related field being a plus.
- At least 15 years of experience in management roles within project development, project management, construction, or business development in real estate.
- Key skills include expertise in real estate development, construction, engineering, and infrastructure management, along with a strong understanding of finance, investment, and business development, especially in real estate.
- Proven leadership abilities, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with partners are essential, alongside proficiency in English.
