Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance business performance, align with company objectives, and adapt to industry trends and market dynamics.
- Provide direction and inspiration to department heads and staff to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
- Oversee budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and ensure the overall financial health of the organization. Identify and implement strategies for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with company standards. Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and KPIs to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain high-quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and address feedback to foster loyalty and trust.
- Prepare comprehensive performance and strategic initiative reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and external collaborators. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Identify and lead initiatives for new business opportunities, market expansion, and product innovation to drive sustainable growth.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in leadership or managerial roles, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
