Finance Manager

The Company: Our client is an iconic Industrial brand, with long standing history and significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management.
  • Assess capital investments and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Accounting & Reporting
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Cash & Credit Management
  • Maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure financial liquidity.
  • Monitor and manage credit risk, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Tax & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to tax regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Oversee external and internal audits and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Cost Management
  • Review product costing and conduct cost analysis to improve profitability.
  • Monitor inventory valuation and control fixed asset management.
• Governance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a liaison with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced proficiency in financial software.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
