The Company: A newly opened factory based in Bến Cát, Bình Dương is calling for applicants for a Finance Controller.

About the Finance Controller Role:

As Finance Controller you will report directly to the General Director and ensure the consolidated accounts are in line with the stakeholders’ requirements and that the statutory accounts are in line with local legal requirements to ensure that company has no tax issues. Analysing and providing all necessary financial KPIs to top managers in timely and forecasting/planning according to business projection/operation. Finally, you will maintain good relationship with banks, external auditors, customs, and other local authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the top management team with required information to allow them to properly evaluate the financial position of company
• Ensures that all documents related to the project Purchase Orders (PO’s) & invoices are properly documented
• Responsible for the monthly costing project report including committed, actual spent and estimate final expenditure
• Cash management: cash flow forecasting by currency, FX management
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, custom, tax authority
• Establish monthly construction expenditure report
• Supports SAP implementation
• Ensures that the company’s prevailing administrative procedures are applied. Ensures all the finance and accounting related transactions are compliant with the companies accounting standards, tax laws, local statutory and insurance requirements

Qualifications:

• University degree in Accounting or Finance 
• Fluent in MS Word, Excel and preferable to have SAP or Oracle Accounting experience
• ACCA Qualification
• At least five years’ related working experience
• Must have knowledge and experience to close audits and accounting
• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, VAS, and Vietnamese tax system and laws
• Able to work under high pressure and willing to work overtime.
• EPE experience is a plus.
• Highly motivated, pro-active, results oriented and a team player. A pioneer who enjoys being part of a young, dynamic and growing company.
• To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
