The Company: Our client is a major international conglomerate headquartered in Asia, known for its extensive operations across various sectors within the FMCG industry, with a strong global presence and a commitment to quality and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the local country head on pricing and commercial terms.
• Coordinate pricing approvals with the Group overseas.
• Ensure proper invoicing for local sales and maintain necessary documentation.
• Manage credit issuance and limits according to guidelines.
• Conduct physical inventory checks and implement group controls.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
• Manage local banking operations and coordinate with Group Treasury for funding needs.
• Ensure timely submission of tax payments, manage tax audits, and coordinate with the Group taxation team.
• Support local office administration and handle compliance-related tasks.
• Notify the Group of any legal letters or show cause notices from authorities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent, with strong English proficiency.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of financial management, reporting, treasury and tax.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and result-oriented mindset.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with local and international stakeholders.
