Factory Manager (Expat only)

The Company: Our clients are among the leading conglomerates in the FMCG and agriculture sectors.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead, inspire, and oversee factory operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety, performance, and environmental standards.
• Achieve production and safety objectives while directing and implementing production, quality control, and quality assurance processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Efficiently manage and motivate the workforce, making sound decisions related to staffing, scheduling, and materials for production and quality control.
• Conduct facility and equipment audits, monitor product and process quality, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Provide comprehensive training programs, assess training effectiveness through metrics, and ensure all staff members are adequately trained.
• Regularly visit the factory to monitor production, track performance, and resolve any operational issues.
• Maintain electronic records of materials, production, inventory, and labor to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with regulations.
• Supervise warehouse and shipping operations, as well as oversee ongoing construction and renovation projects.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in feed manufacturing, with a focus on Aqua feed for at least 7-8 years.
• Experience in managing multiple plant sites and leading teams is preferred.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Preferred candidates from South East Asia (Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines) + Asia and Global candidates meeting requirements are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate and devise creative solutions.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, along with proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, industrial, and safety standards and procedures.
