Responsibilities:

• Export Sales Management: Lead and manage all export sales activities, focusing on achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence globally.
• Product Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of plastic compounds to effectively promote and sell our products to industrial clients.
• Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and increasing market share.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and budgets to achieve company objectives.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Export Sales: Proven track record in managing export sales, preferably in the plastic compounds industry.
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of plastic compounds and their applications in various industrial settings.
• Industrial Client Sales: Experience in selling to industrial clients and manufacturing plants, with a strong ability to understand and meet their specific needs.
• Business Development Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities, with a strong focus on expanding the client base.
