About the job
The Company: Our Client is an Australian Architectural Hardware company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the General Manager and executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows
- Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with project management tools
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams etc)
- Ability to hold people accountable effectively
