Role & Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
o Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, trends, and potential challenges.
o Lead the formulation and execution of country-specific business strategies in alignment with regional and global goals.
• Operational Management:
o Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless supply chain and logistics services.
o Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
o Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Business Development:
o Build and maintain exclusive partnerships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and government agencies.
o Drive new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence in Vietnam.
o Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Financial Performance:
o Manage the P&L for the Vietnam operations, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
o Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to the Regional Director.
o Implement cost-control measures and revenue enhancement strategies.
• Team Leadership:
o Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth.
o Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to staff members.
• Quality and Continuous Improvement:
o Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
o Monitor industry developments and integrate best practices into the company’s operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years in a senior management role in the supply chain industry.
• Proven track record of successful business development and strategic leadership in the Vietnam market.
• Strong understanding of the supply chain and logistics landscape in Vietnam.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English is required.
