Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct ESG audits and assessments to ensure alignment with global standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, SBTi, ISO 14001, CBAM).
• Analyze client organizations’ environmental, social, and governance practices, including performance in sustainability initiatives.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance ESG compliance and sustainability performance.
• Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely reports for diverse stakeholders.
• Monitor developments in ESG standards, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with client teams to align their sustainability objectives with international benchmarks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2–3 years of ESG-related experience.
• Familiarity with auditing standards like BSCI, SMETA, or Higg FEM is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
