Role & Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives through effective leadership of the channel sales team.
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to broaden the company’s customer and dealer network, ensuring a strong market presence.
• Take an active role in recruiting, setting goals, coaching, and monitoring the performance of sales representatives.
• Foster and maintain strong, enduring relationships with customers and dealers by addressing their needs and forming strategic partnerships.
• Oversee and manage the performance of the company’s dealers to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships with partners to secure optimal support for the company.
• Deliver accurate sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer/dealer demands to devise timely business strategies.
• Tackle client challenges strategically, ensuring long-term solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with management and cross-functional teams to guarantee top-tier customer service and satisfaction.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports and in-depth analytics.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, electronics, ICT or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position, preferably with proven experience in sales management within the OE industry.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
