Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the company’s team, developing plans and growth objectives, and supervising employees to ensure targets are met.
• Lead and train the sales team, build management systems, improve processes, and enhance business efficiency, particularly in logistics.
• Expand and develop new clients, seek cooperation opportunities, maintain client relationships, and coordinate with subordinates to resolve client issues.
• Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities, quickly identify problems, propose solutions, and collaborate with the operations department to build new business strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, able to work under pressure, with strong leadership skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive management roles in the shipping or logistics industry.
• Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Solid understanding of marketing strategies and business management processes, with deep knowledge of the market and a strong competitive mindset.
• High ability to learn and innovate, with flexibility to adapt to market changes and the company’s development needs.
